Most of these Trains are O or O27 Gauge: We will do our best to point out different scales, but buyers should confirm any information if it is important.  If there is a conflict between the photos & the title--We will honor what the Photos show.  Most Lionel Numbers do not have the "6-" so don't include "6-" in any searches.  A few items/lots are marked as "Pick Up Only" due to size weight or fragility**Bartkus Auctioneers team has grown as an auction company, and we will now be using multiple online auction platforms to provide more capabilities for our clients and customers. The growth into multiple platforms has resulted in a change in how our lots will close. The soft close that you may be accustomed to will not be used for this auction. The lots will close manually with Bartkus Auctioneering team doing a controlled close.

PAYMENT:  All bidders, regardless of venue by which they bid, are REQUIRED to pay within 4 days of auction.  Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, bank wire, MasterCard, Discover, & Visa. Auction Company Reserves The Right To Require Payment By Bank Wire or Check. New Bidders with invoices over $1000 must pay via bank wire or check. Any invoices over $2500 must be paid via bank wire or check.  And if shipped will need to sign for package at your buyers expense. CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 4% CONVENIENCE FEE. If payment is not received within 7 days, the auction house has the right to deem the sale "null & void" and a non-paying bidder claim / strike will be filed. We reserve the right to verify funds on personal checks before releasing items. A $35 fee will apply to all returned checks. The full purchase price on all lots sold to the same buyer must be paid before removal of any of the items. Please make checks out to "Bartkus Auctioneers" Address envelopes: 11595 E. SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP: Items requiring shipment will be handled either by Bartkus Auctioneers in-house shipping department or their designated 3rd party professional shipping partner. A buyer may also organize their own 3rd party shipping. Bartkus Auctioneers reserves the right to designate your shipment in-house or 3rd party. The in-house department will generally pack & ship non-fragile items fitting safely in a flat-rate shipping box. Shipments outside these criteria will be handled by the local 3rd party partner.  Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of payment for your purchases to ship. Buyers receive their shipment tracking information once their items ship. Depending on size and value, domestic shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. All Domestic shipments will include mandatory insurance and tracking / signature confirmation over $500. Bartkus Auctioneers cannot insure or guarantee the delivery of International Shipments. Bartkus Auctioneers must be notified of Shipping Claims, Damage or Loss within 3 days of receipt. Bartkus Auctioneers assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items received through post. All shipping damage / loss claims must be processed and resolved through the organization by which they were shipped. Absolutely no refunds or claims may be submitted beyond 3 days of receiving a shipment.

SALES TAX: Online purchases from Bartkus Auctioneers are subject to 7% sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certification be email.

DO NOT BID RETURN POLICY All Items are Sold AS-IS. If for whatever reason an item arrives and it is Misrepresented or it is Broken in anyway, you must contact us. If/when a return is approved, you must send back the item/s to us AT YOUR EXPENSE in the same condition you received it. You must also send the item/s back with valid tracking information and it is recommended that you insure the return in the event it gets lost in the mail or breaks in transit. As soon as the item/s are returned and all is well, We will issue the full or previously agreed upon amount. The refund amount will be issued to the same source of original payment. If you do not agree to all terms please DO NOT BID.
 
FEES: All Bidders must register online. There is an 15% Buyers Premium. The buyer's premium is added before the applicable taxes. A 4% credit or debit card processing fee will automatically be added for all credit card payments. The Sales Tax will be applied to all invoices unless sales tax exempt form on file. All Invoices will be sent out by email within 24 hours of Auction completion. Invoices must be paid in full within 1 Business days of Auction completion. If you are unable to pay within time provided, you are encouraged to contact us and make other payment arrangements. If all options have been exhausted and the invoice remains unpaid, the credit card you have on file will automatically be charged. If we are unable to complete payment with the credit card you have on file, we will be forced to report all unpaid invoices. If you do not agree to all terms please DO NOT BID.
 

No Chargeback Policy:  Purchasers agree that disputes of any nature may not be resolved by a credit card chargeback and further agree to refrain from filing any chargeback claim against Bartkus Auctioneers and/or its credit card merchant. By purchasing at Bartkus Auctioneers, the purchaser waives the right to initiate a chargeback and furthermore agrees to pay a minimum of $500 plus administrative fees, costs, attorney fees, and/or any other charges associated with responding to said chargeback due to the administrative burden of responding to said dispute.
