Website Buyer's Premium in addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay Bartkus Auctioneers a buyer's premium of 13%.

Payment: Cash, Check and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Discover). A 4% credit card processing fee will automatically be added for all credit card payments. Bartkus Auctioneers reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank. The purchaser agrees to pay Bartkus Auctioneers a handling charge of $25 for any check dishonored by the Bank. 

Sales Tax: 7%

Condition of Items Sold: "AS IS" and all sales are final.

Buyer Pays ALL Shipping Costs such as Postage, Materials and Handling. Within 2 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time and or shipping. We may take up to 15 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed.  All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx or UPS. When shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive tracking number once your label is printed.

If you are out-of-state, we will automatically ship your items out to you unless you tell us otherwise. 

**Bartkus Auctioneers team has grown as an auction company, and we will now be using multiple online auction platforms to provide more capabilities for our clients and customers. The growth into multiple platforms has resulted in a change in how our lots will close. The soft close that you may be accustomed to will not be used for this auction. The lots will close manually with Bartkus Auctioneering team doing a controlled close.
