There will be online bidding available and the live auction that will start June 9th at 6:00 p.m. When the live auction starts the auctioneer will open with the online bidder’s highest bid. Down Payment: a non-refundable $100,000 down payment on the day of auction with the balance in cash at closing. The down payment may be made in the form of cashier’s check, personal check, or corporate check. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing.

Acceptance of bid: This is a public auction with reserve and will be sold to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. The Successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction.

Possession: Possession shall be the day of closing.
