This Couple is Downsizing to a smaller property and selling the excess and no longer needed outdoor items.

Mowers and tools have been in use and are in working order.

Items that have a "W" or "C" in title are located in the Walk-Out Basement--you can walk or roll your items around the house, but no vehicles will be permitted to drive or park on the grass/lawn.

Payment: Cash, Check, the day of pick up and Credit Card will be charged if not pick up at on pick up day(Visa, Mastercard & Discover). A 4% credit card processing fee will automatically be added for all credit card payments. Bartkus Auctioneers reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank. The purchaser agrees to pay Bartkus Auctioneers a handling charge of $25 for any check dishonored by the Bank.

All Buyers on Firearms Sold must be the age of 21. All Buyers on Long Guns must be the age of 18. Any Buyers out of the state of Indiana will be responsible for Their Local FFL costs or fees to make the purchase. All Firearm sales are sold "As-Is" and not subject to Buyers criminal records.

Condition of Items Sold: "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Buyer Pays ALL Shipping Costs such as Postage, Materials, and Handling. Within 2 hrs. of the auction ends, you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick-up time and/or shipping. We may take up to 10 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed.  All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All invoices over $500 will require a signature for delivery. When the shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive the tracking number once your label is printed. If you are out of state, we will automatically ship your items, unless you let us know otherwise. 

Removal of Goods - Delivery and storage shall be available at purchaser's expense and risk. We can recommend several competent shippers and make arrangements for long-term storage or worldwide shipping (please see shipping). Otherwise, all property must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale conclusion of the sale. All merchandise left over 30 days will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee per month. After 60 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Bartkus Auctioneers.
